Crowns & Bridges

Dental crowns are dental restorations which are cemented and fully cover the underlying tooth to the gumline. They are recommended for a variety of reasons and usually fall into the following categories:

  • To restore a heavily broken down tooth
  • To strengthen a tooth
  • To improve cosmetic appearance of a tooth as a long term solution

Dental bridges are great way to replace missing teeth and improve cosmetic concerns and function. A bridge can replace one or more teeth by using the teeth remaining on either side of the empty space.

Root Canal Therapy

If your tooth is badly damaged or decayed, come to Creekside Family Dental. A successful root canal treatment lets you keep a tooth rather than extracting it.

Dentures

Complete upper and/or lower dentures are for patients who are missing all of their natural teeth. Partial dentures are for patients who are missing only some of their teeth. After an initial assessment of your general and oral health, we can suggest a treatment plan that best fits your individual needs and preferences.

We create beautiful smiles in natural-looking shades and colors that compliment your face. We are committed to personal attention and patient satisfaction.

Dental Extractions/Wisdom Teeth

Our dentists are competent in all types of tooth extractions. Dental extractions are required for many reasons, some of which commonly include:

  • Unrestorable teeth
  •  Extractions due to orthodontics (braces)
  •  Heavily decayed teeth with infection causing pain
  •  Wisdom teeth removal

3rd molars are often referred to as “Wisdom Teeth”. They are usually recommended for extraction due to lack of space in the jaw resulting in impacted teeth. Some complications with wisdom teeth include: decay formation, cysts of the jaw, impactions, damage to existing 2nd molars, crowding and infections.

Wisdom teeth are usually recommended to be extracted at a younger age because the roots of these teeth are not fully formed, surrounding bone is less dense and healing time is usually quicker. Removing wisdom teeth later in life can be more difficult with longer healing time.
